 I am only 3 weeks into my detox from aspartame.

    I was diagnosed with Lupus last August after some really weird physical things put me in the hospital.  After much testing, my doctor decided that I had Lupus, along with other things.  I am not convinced yet that this is a correct diagnosis as the more that I read about the aspartame poisoning, the more I believe that is what is causing all of my problems.

    My headaches are less intense for the first time in 20 years, and a my balance problems seems to be improving a little bit.  I know that I have a long way to go, both with the detox and with my healing, but I remain optimistic that it will happen in due time.  After approximately 25 years of ingesting this poison, I cannot expect to feel 100% better too quickly.

    I have a doctor's appointment this afternoon, and I will have more blood work done for the Lupus.  I have also been told that I have a lesion on my liver, and I am scheduled to have an ultrasound done next week.  From what I have been reading, that too, might just be from the aspartame.  When I get the results of both tests, I will email you and update you.

    I am not really sure what other information you might want, so if I have left something out, please let me know.
